Question: How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

Answer: You are responsible for picking the shipping method and rate along with your purchase. An email notification will be submitted to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You will receive an additional email with all tracking information included.

Question: Can I tag you on social media wearing, receiving, or using Evelon's products?

Answer: Absolutely, we hope you do! Please like, share, and subscribe. You may also email photos wearing anything Evelon to info@evelononline.com you just may see your face or photos on our social media platforms. Please be sure to include your name, address, email address, the name of the product you're modeling and don't forget to include your social media names/@s. 

Question: I am not happy with my item(s) or something is wrong with my item(s) may I return them?

Answer:  We have a very strict no return, refund, or exchange policy on anything hygienic.
